Refund Policy

This policy covers the Pennies Planner, once available. Guides, the calculator, the Budget Starter Sheets, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

30 days, no questions

If the Planner isn't useful to you, email hello@thepenniesbudget.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you ordered with, and we'll refund you in full.

Download problems

If a file won't open, tell us and we'll send it another way. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
